Born in 2019, ‘Dopamin’ is a white solera that includes mostly citric, verdant grüner veltliner with smaller amounts of plush, mineral chardonnay and floral, textural riesling from their Slovenské plot. FUN FACT! A solera system is a famous method in which younger wine is blended with older wine year after year in order to create depth, balance and stylistic expression! Underripe green pears, flinty reduction, bruised apricot, lime sherbet, & a rich roundness that can only come from the mild oxidation that has taken place over the last six years.
