Like any good potluck, no one came empty-handed – Trebbiano brings body, Verdicchio has a pleasant, green fennel note and Malvasia has that classic, orange blossom punch. Wild fermented in tank, aged for year & bottled unfined and unfiltered, expect a radiant, fruity-floral kick of baked green apple, fennel lemonade, clementine, apricot skin, pine needle, wildflower honey & a flinty, stony finish with a touch of welcome bitterness. Pair with A Room of One’s Own and a big bowl of fruit by an open window.
