Mentored by her very famous neighbour Tony Coturri, Chenoa practices zero-zero winemaking aka nothing at all is added at any point in production. While zero-zero wines can be wild, this one is a fine and fancy, silky, juicy dream boat that leaps from the glass and is impossible to not fall in love with. A blend of Zinfandel, Carignan and Merlot from 2020 and 2021, using different vintages and oak treatments to make the most delicious wine possible.
