After spending years travelling the world making wine, building ships and sailing them (!), Lance Redgwell and his family purchased the Cambridge Road property, and have been caring for it with organic methods and biodynamic practices ever since. Grown on an ancient riverbed, the riesling is bottled with a tiny bit of sugar left, which turns into gentle bubbles and adds a sweet lil skip in its step. FUN FACT! Dating back to 1986, their pinot noir and syrah vines are among the oldest in the country! Tangerine citrus sets the tone, elderflower, banana split, bruised green peaches & rising breadiness. Enjoy with cucumber finger sandos, mini bagels or quiche lorraine.
