A zero-zero, whip-sharp and flawlessly freaky Auvergne chardonnay. Punk rockin’, limitless and endlessly exploratory, vigneron Vincent Marie’s Domaine No Control keeps five hectares of organic and biodynamically tended vines aged 5-120 years in the unique region of Auvergne. His terroir is grounded by soils of both ancient and recent volcanic origin, bestowing an expansive and distinctive mineral quality we seriously can’t get enough of. FUN FACT! This is the only white wine that Vincent makes! The 15-year-old chardonnay vines were hand-harvested, direct pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel for six months on its journey of self discovery. Salty apple slaw, flinty minerality, rhubarb VA (volatile acidity), quince jam on brioche, green almond, waxy, bitter lemon rind, honey drizzle & straw bale. Pour alongside precious fish dishes.
