Implementing perfumery processes, the roasting of fruits, creating jam blends with verjus for acidity and baking spices for bass notes, the possibilities are endless and delicious WITHOUT a buzz. For their rosé, freeze-dried raspberries from Tasmania are cold steeped for 48-hours to extract flavour and sugar, melded with chamomile for tannin and creaminess, Murray River salt & semillon verjus (Barossa Valley) for balancing acidity. Enjoy with chocolate mousse, orange and olive salad or frozen yoghurt in any flavour.
