And their incantatory catchphrase, ‘come party with us forever,’ might just suit this electric fuchsia drink more than anything they’ve produced. After lounging on its skins for just under a week, playful gamay, and herbaceous blaufränkisch are aged in stainless steel, making a fresh but concentrated rosé that smells like the red sour patch kid and tastes like the fun aunt’s ‘watermelon lemonade.’ ;) Think alpine strawberries, that rhubarb that grows in darkness, Himalayan salt lick (oopsi that was actually a lamp!!), Kinky Boots but they’re pink & songs by Crazy Frog.
