Meet 'Tito', our GW House Deep Red with a BRAND NEW LABEL thanks to Toronto art star Laura Dawe! Our house wines are a collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría (nicknamed TITO!) and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and interesting quality wines at excellent price points. Tito is all about blending a unique rich and satisfying red to warm your bones & sip fire side. Hand-picked, the organically grown 40% dense and dark cabernet sauvignon is blended with 30% rich and spicy cabernet franc, 20% lifting and aromatic viognier & 10% crunchy carignan for a balance of dusk and luminescence – like a tunnel’s echo resounding deep into the Earth. Deep but fresh, get ready for cab sauv strength meeting a viognier lift, think rosemary rind cheese wheel, dusty spice cabinet, salmonberries and blackberries, carrots and parsnips plus their greens, smoked meat & accidentally-biting-your-tongue-bloody minerality.
