A light, savoury and delicious pinot ready to charm Ontario wine country fanatics and skeptics alike. #yourstodiscover! Last House is a BRAND new to the market, small batch winery situated on the beautiful limestone shores of Lake Ontario. Here they boldly state, “the unique terroir of Prince Edward County will one day be world renowned for growing Burgundian varietals!”, we are here for the confidence and tasting their wines, you see where it comes from. The 100% young vine, estate grown pinot noir saw punch downs (aka submerging the crushed grape skins into the grape juice) three times a day for 21 days extracting sturdy tannins. Wild strawberry puffs, earthy undertones, tart red berry concentrate & glimmers of the minerality we have come to expect from this Ontario growing region. Enjoy lightly chilled with the last few indulgent days of roaring heat, reflecting on all the summers of your life.
