A blend of cherried nero d’avola (48%), earthy mataro (23%), floral fiano (10%), citric zibibbo (10%) & textural arneis (9%) sourced from vineyards across McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, and Riverland. Aperol spritz, white cherries, salted raspberry liquorice, black tea tannins, pink peppercorn, green plum & pomegranate jewels.
