Owner Alessandro Dettori represents the evolution of the family estate, advocating authentic expression of their land through organic and biodynamically certified viticulture. Work is done by hand and without chemicals, allowing the old vines (dating back to 1883!) to flourish. A blend of floral and fresh cannonau (50%), rare and berried monica (35%) & spiced pascale (15%) combine for a dense and perfectly rustic red. Mulberry bush, stewed cherry, coffee grounds, graphite flecks, myrtle, olive pâté & rosemary. Enjoy with fish soup!
