Their 28 hectares of old bush vines are diligently cared for, and run as far as the eye can see. A mouth-filling blend of gauzy chenin blanc (75%), and rich grenache blanc (25%), with a mixture of skin contact and carbonic maceration to lift n’ lighten. Deep gold, apricot slices, earl grey, sprouting ginger, dried grass, lemon-barley water & flinty minerality. Enjoy around the campfire as someone starts strumming Oasis, and for once, you let go and sing along.
