The King of Grapes from a Queen of zero-zero winemaking. Brand NEW to Ontario, the fantastically incomparable wines of Alice Bouvot are here! Since 2005, she has been working with both home grown and purchased fruit, and a hearty dedication to the showcasing of single plots, diverse terroirs, and true grape expression across the lineup. This riesling was purchased from Jerome Meyer in Alsace, picked by Alice from a plot that is in conversion to organic viticulture, and sees a sloow direct press that pulls a bit of a macerated texture. A cool breeze wakes you, sweet pea blossoms, tackle box, lemon curd, apple hand pie, marble chess set & peeling mandarins. Enjoy while wearing a crown, tiara, or maybe carrying a sceptre, or cuddling a concealed Fabergé egg, you royal thing you.
