Bodegas Tajinaste’s main focuses are caring for and improving their environment, conserving traditional viticulture & rescuing abandoned plots. This dark skinned red grape originated in Spain, and is most notably known for being grown in the spectacular vineyard paradise that is the Canary Islands (talk about a regional specialty). Vineyards above 500 meters of altitude preserves listán negro’s fresh characteristics, while holding fast to the memory of its region. Hallondberry, wild strawberry and blackberry Belts take up most of our mouth-space, with salty Atlantic minerality swaddling us through the long finish. Try with tonnato!
