A full-bodied, legendary Tuscan rosé only made in certain vintages! Pacina is both a hamlet just outside of Castelnuovo Berardenga (southeast of Florence), and the name of winemakers Giovanna and Stefano’s ancient (think first millennium AD!) winemaking estate. They work organically, cultivating a pulsating ecos. . .

A full-bodied, legendary Tuscan rosé only made in certain vintages! Pacina is both a hamlet just outside of Castelnuovo Berardenga (southeast of Florence), and the name of winemakers Giovanna and Stefano’s ancient (think first millennium AD!) winemaking estate. They work organically, cultivating a pulsating ecosystem and fermenting wine with traditional methods, long macerations & minimal intervention. A blend mainly composed of free-run herbaceous, vibrant sangiovese, with very small amounts of resinous trebbiano and mineral malvasia intentionally added for their uplifting contributions. Purple lilac, pool of cherry in a dark cave, orange rind fruit gusher, fir tip tannins, salami spices, white roots, red clay, holding keys in your mouth cuz your hands are full & rosemary wrapped cheese rind. Enjoy with cured meats and spicy pickled peppers.
