Lammidia is an Abruzzo-based natural wine project started by childhood friends who met when they were just three years old (cute!!). Davide Gentile and Marco Giuliani are now known worldwide for their adventurous and mouthwatering offerings. Zero-zero is the only game they know, with no tilling in the vineyards, recycled plant matter into mulch, bottling without fining or filtration & absolutely NO SULPHUR. 100% herbal, berried montepulciano with one week of skin-contact before being tucked away in the mountains to age in clay amphora. Stewed sour cherries, olive tapenade, quick pickled strawberries, sage wood grilled clay, oolong, lambic acidity & asphalt meeting earth. Enjoy with grilled beef hearts and a big batch chimichurri made with your old, cracked marble mortar and pestle…it just tastes better.
