The juice is fermented in concrete, then aged in a combination of cask, foudres and concrete for 7 months before being lightly filtered and bottled. Supple, spicy & savoury with notes of black cherry cola, sangria brightness with cozy mulled wine spice, an evening smoke & the smell of hands in dirt with fresh, tannic grip on the end. Break out the Hibachi and pair with grilled skewers.
