Another five-star-FREAKY-fave from our Spring Try & Buy 2024! Loyal farmers and tender sculptors of fermentation since their first foray into wine making in 2013, we could not possibly adore the unpredictable wines of Anders and Anne more. From a background in fine dining and social work respectively, they now grow & ferment to their hearts’ content between Alsace and Ardeche. A whopping blend coming entirely from Oustric (southern France) combing singed cinsault, pulpy chardonnay, apple-y grenache blanc, perfumed grenache noir, savoury-souled syrah & rocky merlot. The fruit mainly goes through a slow, direct press, before being blended together for a collective, tight-knit fermentation. FUN FACT! The wine finished fermenting with a touch of residual sugars, so it was bottled with a crown cap, and now contains an adorable dollop of effervescence! Electrocuted red candy apple at the fair, graham cracker spice, lemon dunk VA, alien grandma’s jam-scented shawl, pilling minerality & a perfectly-timed, quick-witted comeback. Enjoy with a juicy, roasted duck breast or butter-doused popcorn.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
