This soft & plush rose is delicately effervescent & almost shimmering on the palate like dusty rose crushed velvet. This soft & plush rose is delicately effervescent & almost shimmering on the palate like dusty rose crushed velvet. Rebela Rosa lives for summer fun but with more of a contemplative/moonlit vibe than pure party energy. A 50/50 blend of Frankovka AKA Blaufränkisch & Cabernet Sauvignon, this is Cab Sauv at its all-time personal cutest, Cab Sauv who had some really major life realizations during the pandemic & is experimenting with a wacky new hair colour & freaking LOVING it. Both varieties were direct-pressed, fermented separately, then blended & transferred to a Spanish clay amphora called a tinaja, where they were aged for approx. 8 months. Fruit flavs are cold, fresh, & ripe, with some greenness from the Cab Sauv: rhubarb, watermelon rind, the white part of a blade of grass when you pull it straight out of the ground to chew on it. Gushier red fruit notes join in on the fun with time, mineral seabreeze, savoury tomato & a kick of spice. This wine is perfect for a 3rd or 4th date with someone you’re 100% sure you’re into.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
