Cantina Furlani sits amongst the clouds at 700m altitude towering over the city of Trento, where fourth-generation winemaker Matteo Furlani oversees his organic and biodynamic production. The "Metodo Interrotto" or Interrupted Method is basically an unfinished champagne method, delivering some teeny tiny bubbles and a perfect spritz-y vibe. Like a 7-Up slushie and a sip of fresh mountain air the morning after a big party.
