A biodynamic field blend of aromatic white grapes, and one of the most experimental wines they make. Deep, golden-orange sunrise clouds, tangerine peel, salted lychee, beehive on a cliff, puffed brown rice, mashed peach, 5-spice oatmeal & turmeric bread. Enjoy with any white meat in a white sauce, and yes tofu counts!
