Possibly the most mysterious, elusive & mythological wine ever created by Erik Rohsdale. Erik started his wine production 11 years ago, in the rural and Mars-like landscape of the Murcia region of Spain. Since then he has harvested just about every grape himself, working without machinery or electricity, a truly singular approach not many are brave or capable of taking on. FUN FACT! The cuvée was only produced in 2014, not before and not SINCE! Carbonically macerated, with fermentation and ageing in 500 year old half buried clay amphora. Ragged like a wild dog fresh from a narrow scrape with death, nosebleed but you’re smiling, scorched earth, fresh squid ink, sour cherry cheek pinch, confit wild game, vanilla syrup & immortality. A new experience, enjoy with your mind’s eye as open as can be.
