A salty and refreshing Grecian orange for park hangs and beach bums. Winemaker Panayiotis Papagiannopoulos is located in Ano Diakopto, Aegialia, on the slopes of Mount Helmos. His vineyards are cultivated organically and located at an altitude of 450-1000 meters where they catch the cooling influence of the Corinthian Gulf. FUN FACT! The estate is located in the north of Peloponnese, a region rich in winemaking history where the first amphoras were produced! The 50-year-old roditis vines grow from limestone soils, and, after harvesting, the grapes were put whole cluster into clay amphorae for 21 days to pull herbaceous tactility and aromatics. Mutsu apple fruit salad, spring honey, orange blossoms, eucalyptus, lemon squeeze, salty minerality, almond slivers, oolong & a yeasty, lush backbone. Pour alongside avocado and tofu lettuce wraps.
