A dense, and luxurious Spanish white blend for sipping under a weeping willow. Originally from the Uco Valley in Argentina, lead winemaker Matías Michelini along with brothers Gerardo, Gabriel and Juan Pablo newly work four hectares in the Galician region of Ribeiro. FUN FACT! Together, the four of them make over eighty different wines divided between several different projects! A blend of rare, briny and smoky godello, fruit salad-esque treixadura, with smaller percentages of floral loureiro and textural albariño from various sites in the Avia river valley. Elderflower, cheese wrapped in hay, lemon-lime pop, green apple peels, peaches plus blooms & a saline glisten. Pour alongside salmon donburi.
