It’s sparkling collab time! Another knockout melding of the minds coming alllll the way from Nova Scotia. Our BB x GW blends celebrate the more adventurous, experimental side of Benjamin Bridge, a family run winery nestled in Gaspereau Valley. There you find a unique microclimate a stone’s throw from the Bay of Fundy, producing the world’s largest tides and a very special place to grow wine. A cooler summer meant juice that really held its acid, but grapes that weren’t too green and just ripe enough for a hybrid such as aromatic Vidal to really shine. An over six month long soak on skins pulls glittering tannins that come at you from every which way, while the addition of yeast and local honey created a second fermentation that adds up to a perfectly juicy, salty, sparkling delicacy. Luminous golden yellow, lemon meringue topped with candied rind, honeydew melon, ripe apricot, WELL steeped jasmine tea, summer honeysuckle & starfruit on a stick. Pop when you are missing the east coast and nothing else will do.
