Destemmed and macerated for 82 days in Spanish tinajas (amphora) followed by 10 months in old barrel, this is pungent, tropical and high-octane like a weekend in Miami Beach – guava blossom, mango pulp, orange marmalade & pink peppercorn with the lurid, intense presence of a much darker orange wine. Serpentine and intricate, there’s nothing shy about this wine – pair with mini empanadas and late night Truth or Dare.
