Vinos Inacayal is a collaborative project aimed at producing delicious wines that reflect the uniqueness of Chile’s Colhagua Valley in Maule – one of Chile’s oldest wine regions. FUN FACT! The name ‘Inacayal’ comes from the Quechua language, and roughly translates to “old thing”, an homage to the old vines of regional Chilean grapes they have devoted themselves to working with! 'La Cueva red' is a blend of spiced, meaty carignan and fruity, floral país, grown organically in the dry, dry heat of the valley. Elderberry, violets, fresh oregano, plum tree, kalamata jar, tonic bean warmth, peppery spice, gamey meat & black sesame butter. Ready for meals, meals, MEALS! Put a chill on it and enjoy alongside burgers, bean, beef, or buffalo, braised rabbit or anything dressed in a black garlic sauce.
