The wine equivalent of a Peter Pan summer for all; and the leaves never have to turn colour, never ever! From our kindly neighbour to the west and fermenter of all things wild and wonderful Revel! Go visit their BRAND NEW BAR and maybe get to see the talented Tariq on a break from his ever-exciting experiments. The tart riesling is sustainably grown in Beamsville ON, fermented on skins for 22 days, matured for six months in old, large oak barrels, and aged in bottle for just over a year to blossom and settle the ridged and grooved tannins. Guava, granadilla, white tea and a touch of sweet oak, mango, lemon drops and ripe peaches, with those chewy tannins we've come to associate with skin fermented white wines and ciders made from the fruit of times gone by. Enjoy in your shorts on an 11 degree evening you warm-blooded lil beauty.
