We'll get into biodynamic farming, the Earth's ENERGY and the lengths winemakers will go to harness it, plus compost, regenerative farming & the age old question, should we bury a cow horn?! Expect wild experimentations and winemakers who are more like performance artists, our palates their lucky canvas. Come curious and ready to explore in this boundary-pushing 75 minute session including some of the natural wine world's most famous bottles!
This session will be led by GW co-founder and one of Toronto's most in demand sommeliers, Krysta Oben, and Waterworks GM Alexia David, who comes to us from some of Vancouver's very best restaurants including Michelin-star winning Burdock & Co.
All event tickets are non-refundable. Four free community tickets for BIPOC folks available for every Education Hour. This is at our Waterworks location.

This seated, 75 minute Education Hour takes place in the Waterwork’s East Annex co-working space - a hop, skip and a jump from our gorgeous second location. Enter from Brand or Maud Street and follow the signs. Please note all event tickets are non-refundable.
This event is accessible with easy access parking downstairs and elevators on site. Gender neutral bathrooms are on the parking level. Water and spittoons will be provided. Ample (delicious!) food available to purchase in the hall.
