A salty, musky and juicy-fruity zero-zero orange to keep things SUNNY. A Los Angeles-based wine project formed by Jude Zasadzki & Eliot Kessel, focused on sourcing organic fruit and minimal intervention winemaking. “Sunshine” is a blend of mineral grenache blanc (30%), green-y sauvignon blanc (25%), citric chardonnay (30%), and ever-musky muscat (15%) that all underwent extended maceration to bring about a juicy and smooth texture. From winemaker Jude, it's "like ocean spray grapefruit”, we’d also tack on grandma’s extra bedroom musk, ripe passionfruit, SALT, peach rings, grey clay & melon. Enjoy with okonomiyaki and lots of sauces!
