Udo Hirsch and Hacer Özkaya have a longterm involvement with the natural world and its conservation; Udo with his ecological work alongside the World Wildlife Fund & Hacer with her teaching of ceramics and garden cultivation. Venturing into winemaking first as a community-minded hobby, then sharing with the world. FUN FACT! With over 800 known regional varietals and approx. 1500 documented varietals in the region of Anatolia, Udo and Hacer only produce single varietal cuvées as they are still learning what grapes exist in their vineyards! 200-300 year old rare and cavernous kizil üzüm, grown at the base of an ancient volcano. Aries in Aries szn levels of intensity folks, toppling acidity, extra salty minerality, everything from the fruits of the rainforest to the fruits growing in our own backyards, baking spice & seeing someone perform a magic trick for the first time. Try your hand at decanting in any vessel you have nearby & drink with the aim of forgetting yourself if only for a moment.
