A bronzed and beautiful titan of a Sangio, classic in all the right ways & ready to itch that full-bodied red wine scratch. The Grassi family has been growing grapes and making wine at their estate in Lamole (northern part of central Italy) since the 1600’s. FUN FACT! As well as making wine, the family was also the local blacksmith (or I Fabbri), which became the name of their label. In the late 1990's, current keepers-of-the-grapes Susanna Grassi and her sister Maddalena resuscitated the vines and made I Fabbri into one of the leading estates in Lamole! #POWERSIBLINGS. A certified organic and biodynamically cared for Riserva, showcasing MORE structure and power without sacrificing any of the purity and elegance Lamole sangiovese is known for. Wild violets, leather sling shot holding stones, dark cherry thunderstorm with raspberry lightning, the mushroom at the end of the world, vanilla pod on a cedar plant & dried sage carry through. Free Pickup is available at our shop, any day that we are open. Find our current operating hours here.
Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
