Ever since the late 1980s, Austrian winemaking has taken a much more rigorous approach to quality control, and returned to its roots in organic and natural viticulture. Made with the use of semi-carbonic maceration, creating a soft perfume and low tannin. Blue-purple in colour, irises, a bucket full of cherries, cassia bark, sour elderberry candies, humid soil, sloeberries & cuddling a baby skunk. Drink NOW! Right now!
