From the winemaker: “‘Amando el sol’ means ‘loving the sun’, an ode to bright golden colombard fruit that ripens happily in the California heat". We absolutely flipped upon first sip of these spritely wines in California this past April, and are positively delighted to bring them to Ontario for the very first time. Meet Emme, the frolicking project of Rosalind Reynolds, named after her ecologically-minded grandmother and perfectly in line with the new-cali natural wine movement. FUN FACT! Rosalind works out of the same space as one of our other fave Cali producers, Martha Stoumen and is the assistant winemaker at PAX for her day job! The organic blend consists of Ricetti Vineyard colombard (70%), left high in acidity after a drawn out, cool end to the growing season. Next, to create balance and add some creamy weight, plush chardonnay (30%) from the Bazzano vineyard was brought in. Sunflower seeds and pollen, whipped butter packets on the table at a diner, nutty like a tiny sherry fairy lives inside, fall herbs, a lees textured helix with sleek minerality, acorns & lime popsicle acid that clears up any and all confusion. Enjoy while Dick Dale rumbles out of a jukebox.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
