Hatomasamune are brewing a wide variety of unique sake in the unbelievably beautiful area of Lake Towada and Mount Hakkoda National Park. Here they say, "local sake is the crystallization of local food culture," and that they want to brew sake that makes the most of the flavour of RICE. FUN FACT! They are the only brewery in Towada City! Local Hanafubuki rice is soft, gently sweet and polished to 55% before being made in the sokujo method (the addition of lactic acid speeds the fermentation process). Flirty spring florals, like Bambi romping in the woods, with round umami, crisp greenness, pearls, silk & seashells. Enjoy with cold vegetable dishes.
