Giving us Voilet Beauregarde energy, blowing a big ol’ bubblegum bubble right in our face, while twirling its pretty lil pigtails. Grown in the tiny town of Lantignié, perched on the western hills of Beaujolais behind the famed cru of Morgon. This Beauj of course sees some semi-carbonic maceration - whole grape clusters are placed in carbon dioxide-filled tanks to start fermentation within each grape - that lightens and heightens this fruit forward treat. Like raspberry-cherry fruit punch with floral perfume, cassis & a lil salt! Chill down a bit & serve with arrabbiata pasta and lotsa parm!
