He purchased his first vines in 2002 after working with Trapet, Lapierre and Emmanuel Giboulot and since then, has quickly become a rising star & a breath of fresh air in sometimes-stuffy Burgundy. Prices will undoubtedly rise once people catch on to how good these wines are so consider yourself ahead of the game!  Free run juice from whole bunch fermented Pinot Noir grapes was aged in barrel for 15 months & bottled with the tiniest bit of sulphur. Ethereally pale but bursting with fresh fruit, this Pinot has a radiant disposition & a will to thrill – bright, brambly cherry, a luscious, weighty body & a cape-swish of elegant tannins with a delicate floral lining underneath. Drink while listening to the Dirty Dancing soundtrack in something Patrick Swayze would seduce you in.
