As of 2018 they completely converted to a zero-zero winemaking philosophy, meaning nothing but grapes is in every bottle. Rheinhessen is one of the most beautiful parts of Germany, also called ‘the land of thousand hills' and its largest wine region. Certified organic grapes include skin-contact bacchus and huxelrebe, blended with fresh pinot gris, weissburgunder, sauvignon blanc and riesling. Electric gooseberries, hay ice cream, lychee fruit cup, crunchy rhubarb & hints of elderflower. Pour alongside afternoons spent ice skating and eating lunch from a thermos.
