Winemaker Drea Scotland’s project, Drinks Farm, is utterly delightful, driven by curiosity & extends from grapes to honey, , taking us along for the delightful ride as she is moved to showcase local products in new ways. FUN FACT! ‘Blair’ is a natural electrolyte, vintaged, small batch (80 cases!) bevy for ALL! Made from 2023 late-summer wildflower honey sourced from Thurston Honey Bee Company, seasoned with Canadian sea salt, and a touch of citric acid to preserve and tickle your taste buds. Every batch will showcase a new and specific honey profile, Drea’s dream being for us to follow these drinks like a farmer’s market. Non-alc, HIGHLY aromatic & sizzling with life, only one quote seems to be appropriate to describe the sexy, youthful vibrance, “Baby, you’re so HONEY, and you don’t even know it”.
