Chateau Thivin has been producing classic Beaujolais for 6 generations in the Côte de Brouilly, one of the 10 cru villages in Beaujolais. In addition to their cru offerings, Les Vignes d’Eccussol is their fresh, everyday wine. Made in the semi-carbonic method (both the juice ferments as well as within the whole grapes themselves, causing them to burst), this wine drinks like a dreamy river of raspberries, strawberries and cherries, with a touch of light spice, and crunchy acidity.
