Tibouren, Grenache, Cinsault & Syrah, Provence, France

Now, more than ever, we are in desperate need of glamour and here to the rescue is this brisk, confident rosé from legendary Provence estate, Clos Cibonne. Made from a blend of young vine Tibouren – a rare grape used to make long-lived, deeply complex rosés – and grapes grown by trusted farmers in La Crau and Carqueiranne, this light-hearted rosé isn’t lacking in depth. In fact, it exudes it, almost in spite of its pale complexion! After a cold ferment in tank and two months on the lees, it emerges with the quiet confidence of a wine thrice the price. Fresh fruit bowl of strawberries, melon and pear with snappy grapefruit-lime citrus, rocky crunch & a slightly peppery finish. Find it by the rooftop pool reading Happy Hour.
