We are absolutely delighted to welcome the stunning wines of Clos due Tue Boeuf in shop for the first time! This is a mega-famous and revered estate, carried on by brothers Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat who have carried on tradition while also championing the natural wine movement. A perfect entry bottle if you’re looking to step into the wonderful world of the Loire (and Clos du Teur Boeuf’s impressive roster). Hand-harvested, whole cluster-pressed, spontaneously-fermented and with just the teeny-tiniest dash of sulphur means a clean, clear and under control crispy #drywhitewine. Like a fortifying Mediterranean Mezza with crunchy veggies, perfect olive oil roundness and citrus squeeze, this is a wine that pairs with lounging near bodies of water, warm breezes and hearty laughs.
