This may just be the manic pixie dream girl of fresh red wines - a touch mysterious, effortlessly cool, and really pretty?? Like playing a game of chess in the park with a hot stranger (the NYC meet-cute of our dreams?) this contemplative and at times complicated wine is incredibly drinkable and super juicy. Bright red cherry, strawberry and raspberry gets a little freaky with earthy leather and umami notes. Organically farmed, whole cluster fermented and spontaneously and carbonically fermented with a teeny tiny touch of sulphur. A gateway natural Gamay made by a Loire legend to introduce you to the coolest bands and restaurants, AND you like their friends? Wow.
