Winemaker Manel has the warmth and ease of a green-thumbed grandfather with passed-down grape wisdom & years of hard work behind him. This natural, biodynamically farmed reserve cava is from 75-year-old vines of rich and biting xarel-lo, rooted in the mountainous vineyards of the Mazio del Garraf ~ can you say DREAM! Made with a modest four hours of skin contact for the slightest texture & protective tannin extraction. This bubble then spends 24 months on lees fulfilling its destiny as one of the most satisfying pet-nats EVER. Almond + blossom, simmering lemon peel, fresh apricot, chewy lees, fermenting honey & a tight chalky mineral end. Pour alongside two month anniversaries when you know it’s something special.
