Certified organic with biodynamic practices, the blend of 80% old-vine spiced and intensely fruity grenache (80%) is the star of this southern France show, with smokey syrah (10%) & earthy carignan (10%) from cooling and water-retaining clay-limestone soils. Vibrantly detailed, green peppercorn, juicy damson plum, underripe black berries, garrigue herbs, liquorice, wet leather & hot stones. Ideal for belly stuffing meals and chilly Tuesday nights.
