Xinomavro & Mandilaria, Naoussa, Greece | If one person could be synonymous with a particular grape and region, it would be Apostolis Thymiopolous with Xinomavro, the star regional grape of Naoussa. His family have been growers for ages in the small village of Trilofos, where he makes 10 different expressions of Xinomavro in an effort to show how dynamic this grape can be. The Atma range of wines is a newer, experimental project blending Xinomavro with other regional grapes into unique expressions that speak more about a ‘vibe’ rather than a specific place. Here Xinomavro is blended 50/50 with Mandilaria, a regional grape of the Aegean Islands. This is the perfect balance of ripe, red fruits, rugged, savoury herbs, olive brine and a deep colour with hefty tannins to flesh out the structure. The vibe is ‘destination unknown’ - close your eyes and point to a map, that’s where you’re headed next and you feel powerful.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Swartland, South Africa | A pretzel of GSM-ness, braided neatly with a South African twist! Winemaker Adi Badenhorst’s idea behind the ‘Curator’ wine is for them to be unpretentious & with great drinkability – he also recommends to, “drink with attractive friends or cellar until you have attractive or interesting friends”. A rough ’n tumble blend of dearly beloved cabernet sauvignon (36%), fruit-forward syrah (33%), smokey mourvèdre (27%) & floral-driven cinsault (4%). Everything is whole bunch pressed to allow for greenness to trickle in behind lush fruit. Pomegranate syrup, one BIG cherry, black pepper, graphite shards, Earth post forest fire, bacon wrapped prune & herb rub. Bring to your next beach bbq and let the spike ball commence!

Refosk, Istria, Slovenia | A heartwarming wine, carrying history, pride & tradition on its shoulders. K&M is a family owned & biodynamic certified winery located in Istria, Slovenia – a coastal never-never land, producing delightfully delicious wines. Grown on sandstone with plenty of marine sediment, the grapes are left for four days of cold maceration to extract soft, inviting tannins, before sitting on lees for 20 months to mature. Refosk (or refosco) is a very dark skinned grape, considered to be one of the oldest varieties originating from the area between the karst and coastal Slovenia. Karst is a plateau region where the dissolving of bedrock has created sinkholes, sinking streams, caves, and springs, etc. Fruit mash, purple flower, cranberries on a log, rosemary twigs, blueberry juice, ground cloves sitting in great-grandma’s spice cabinet. Pour alongside roast beef & spicy cheeses!

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.

We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
