If you’re in a pinch and the store is out of edible gold, buy this instead! Located in Riceys, halfway between Burgundy and Champagne, Marie and Olivier Horiot have been making wine since 1999, known for their ultra-rare rosés from the minuscule Rosé des Riceys appellation—said to be the favourite of Louis XIV!—and incredibly evocative Champagnes, said to be the favourite of US! This wine is made from the seven different grape varieties authorized in the AOC – the three usual suspects as well as Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc & Pinot Gris. All of which are coming from the same soil plot in Riceys, in the southern Côte des Bar. This wine is made from a perpetual solera system that began in 2008. Wafting ultra-rich Champagne fragrances, marrying freshness and ripe yellow fruits to lychee and nectarine, toasty vanilla undertones, and the finest-grained minerality – like Rihanna telling us “They’re covered in Swarovski crystals, girl”. Pour alongside seventeen course meals, and enjoy at the beginning, middle & end!

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
