Creating without restriction, their lineup is alive and fluctuating like any healthy organism, growing and changing year after year. In its second iteration, ‘Debuts’ is 2/3 empire cider fermented on riesling lees to take on their crispy, whispery spirit, with 1/3 riesling piquette added to fill out and lengthen the experience. Mineral grape hubba-bubba, dusty chamomile, cassia shavings, crab apple & mashed, herbaceous tannins. Drink while plucking flower petals, do they love you? Or love you not…? You’ll never know til you get off your keister and go ask!
