Ugni blanc, aka trebbiano, is originally from Tuscany, Italy and well known for its light, tart and breezy profile. Ugni shows a different side here, grown in the warm breezes of Lubéron, central Provence (it’s giving lavender) before soaking on its sunny skins for three months, bringing out weighty aromas, supple texture & warm, granular fruits. An unexpected, cloudy elixir of an orange, pour alongside new experiences: walking a cat, chugging sparkling water or eating kiwis whole.
