Miki has taken the Vancouver restaurant world by storm, as owner of award winning restaurants Dachi, Niwa and beyond with a focus on new generation sake, natural wine and food from the heart. Open to all levels with lots of opportunity for discussion. A not to be missed session for the sake-curious to the true sake-heads.
